To view them you need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0 (or later). The JavaScript code used in the files will support neither Adobe Acrobat Reader versions earlier than 5.0, nor any version of Adobe Acrobat full program, nor any of non-Adobe PDF viewers. The latest version of Acrobat Reader is freely available and can be downloaded from Adobe Acrobat Reader download page.

The files are large. To open them online can take a few minutes. In contrast, to open them offline can take a few seconds. In addition, the performance and functionality of Acrobat running offline is always 3-5 times better than online.
